1- Problems covered under the lemon law

2- Problems not covered under the lemon law

If the customer has crashed the car and has sustained damage because of the accident, the customer cannot claim under the law. If the automobile was neglected and not started for a long time, it can cause some problems. Such problems are not covered. Some people tend to customize their cars as per their wish. Damage sustained during such customizations is not eligible.
