Don’t give up on your lemons; Know the Idaho Lemon Law

If your newly purchased vehicle has significant flaws (“nonconformities”) that substantially vitiates its market value, your vehicle is a lemon. Idaho Lemon Laws has the perfect remedy for lemon cars

Here are some provisions of the Idaho Lemon Laws.

Idaho’s Lemon Law requires manufacturers to repair nonconformities you report within the warranty period.
The lemon law in Idaho defines “reasonable number of attempts” as four for the same nonconformity without success. If the problem is not fixed within these attempts, the manufacturers are required to repurchase or replace your vehicle.
Damages caused to the vehicle due to personal strife or unauthorized modifications are not entertained under the Lemon Laws.
If a particular nonconformity results to a condition likely to cause death or serious physical afflictions, the manufacturer has one attempt to repair it. If they fail, they buy it back or replace it.
The manufacturers are compelled to repay the full contract price of the vehicle when repurchasing including all the collateral charges.
The lemon law’s provisions requiring purchase or replacement do not apply to consumers who do not first resort to arbitration.
